The main purpose of writing this collection is to create easy access to help young coaches to improve the players’ skills with simple exercises from basic to advanced levels.
Also, it has been tried to use very simple and practical exercises so that it can be implemented both for coaches and for beginners and interested players.

Sport Specific

Bodybuilding exercises are activities that are done to strengthen muscles and improve body strength and stamina. These exercises include the use of various exercise machines, weight training, body weight training and even air resistance training such as brisk walking or running in water.

Cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, or swimming, help improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and increase endurance. On the other hand, weight training helps build muscle strength, improve bone density, and boost metabolism. Combining both forms of exercise can help you achieve a balanced fitness level and reach your health and fitness goals more effectively.

Goal

The main goal of rehabilitation is the complete and multifaceted recovery of the individual. REHABILITATION

Reconstruction or rehabilitation means returning a person to a normal state and helping him to recover and improve his physical, cognitive, psychological and social capabilities. This process takes place over time after physical or spiritual challenges, injuries, chronic illnesses, withdrawal from unhealthy habits, and other similar factors.
